各位會員、支持者與合作夥伴： 我十分榮幸出任國際多元青年組織慈善基金會（IDYOCF）首屆會長（2026–2028年度，任期由2026年10月1日至2028年9月30日）。未來兩年，我將帶領總務委員會，在董事局的管治與社會的監察之下，腳踏實地推展本會的慈善工作。 我謹向基金會的正式成立致以最熱烈的祝賀，並衷心感謝董事局成員及一眾創辦人，為香港多元青年種下這棵重要的樹。 我一直積極推動青年工作及地區事務。透過擔任東區青年發展及公民教育委員會委員及人力資源規劃委員會委員，我體會到：真正的青年發展，不是解決「問題」，而是釋放「可能」。香港作為國際金融中心、背靠中國，加上AI科技發展，為青年帶來獨特機遇——由中國創科產業回流催生金融科技人才、「大灣區」建設提供跨域平台；民青局推動的「代際共治」，更把青年決策參與率由象徵性5%提升至實質23%。我期盼香港青年在挑戰中重鑄「獅子山精神」，開創新路。 理念要落地，才有意義。過去一段時間，我在東區透過社交媒體持續號召並組織青少年參與跑步、匹克球、籃球、保齡球等康體活動。運動是共融最好的載體：在球場上，沒有族裔、沒有背景之分，只有隊友與對手；跑步教曉我們持之以恆，籃球教曉我們團隊配合，保齡球讓不同能力的青年同場，匹克球以低門檻連結街坊。青年在揮汗中建立朋輩網絡、重建自信，不同族裔與階層的青年首次在同一社群做朋友。這正好呼應IDYOCF的宗旨——立足全球視野，尊重每一個人的身份與文化，推動多元共融與青年賦權。我們不把青年框定為「需要被扶助的群體」，而是相信他們是建設香港的黃金力量。 我們相信，真正的賦權始於接觸、成於參與。未來兩年，本會將循三個方向前行： 一、把服務伸向更多背景、種族、階層各異的青年，讓他們被看見、被支持、被賦權； 二、聯同學界、社工界、文化藝術界與國際青年組織（呼應聯合國青年2030策略），以項目連結社群； 三、透過每年的會員大會，坦誠匯報財政與工作，建立公開問責的管治。 我與團隊會延續地區經驗，把康體活動與職涯探索、公民教育結合，讓多元青年在參與中看見自己、貢獻所長。我與全體幹事，將以義務奉獻之心，與各位一起，讓多元成為我們最溫柔也最堅實的力量。 期望各位與IDYOCF及香港多元青年同行！擁抱多元、共創持續！Dear Members, Supporters and Partners, I am deeply honoured to serve as the first President of the International Diverse Youth Organisation Charitable Foundation (IDYOCF) for 2026–2028, with my term running from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028. Over the next two years, I will lead the General Affairs Committee to carry forward the Foundation’s charitable work in a down-to-earth manner under the governance of the Board of Directors and the oversight of society. I hereby offer my warmest congratulations on the Foundation’s official establishment, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the members of the Board of Directors and all the founders for planting this important tree for Hong Kong’s diverse youth. I have long been actively engaged in youth work and district affairs. Through serving as a member of the Eastern District Youth Development and Civic Education Committee and the Manpower Planning Committee, I have come to appreciate that genuine youth development is not about solving “problems” but about unleashing “possibilities.” As an international financial centre with the backing of China, and with the development of AI technology, Hong Kong offers young people unique opportunities—fintech talent fostered by the return of China’s innovation and technology industries, and cross-boundary platforms provided by the development of the Greater Bay Area. The “intergenerational co-governance” promoted by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau has raised youth participation in decision-making from a symbolic 5% to a substantive 23%. I hope that Hong Kong’s young people will recast the Lion Rock Spirit amid challenges and blaze new trails. Ideas only become meaningful when they are put into practice. Over the past period, I have continuously mobilised and organised young people in the Eastern District through social media to take part in running, pickleball, basketball, bowling and other sports and recreational activities. Sport is the best vehicle for inclusion: on the court, there is no distinction of ethnicity or background—only teammates and opponents; running teaches us perseverance, basketball teaches us teamwork, bowling brings young people of different abilities onto the same occasion, and pickleball connects neighbours through its low entry threshold. Through sweating it out, young people build peer networks and regain confidence, and young people of different ethnicities and social strata become friends in the same community for the first time. This precisely echoes IDYOCF’s purpose—a global vision, respect for each person’s identity and culture, and the promotion of diversity, inclusion and youth empowerment. We do not define young people as “a group in need of assistance”; instead, we believe that they are a golden force for building Hong Kong. We believe that true empowerment begins with contact and is achieved through participation. In the coming two years, the Foundation will move forward in three directions: I. Extend services to more young people of diverse backgrounds, ethnicities and social strata, so that they are seen, supported and empowered; II. Partner with the education, social work, culture and arts sectors and international youth organisations (in response to the UN Youth 2030 Strategy) to connect communities through projects; III. Through the annual General Meeting, report transparently on finances and work, and build open and accountable governance. My team and I will carry forward district experience and combine sports and recreational activities with career exploration and civic education, so that diverse young people can see themselves and contribute their strengths through participation. Together with all officers, I will serve with a spirit of voluntary dedication and, together with you all, make diversity our gentlest yet most solid strength. We look forward to your joining hands with IDYOCF and Hong Kong’s diverse youth! Embrace Diversity for Sustainability!

慈善性質披露Disclosure of Charitable Nature

本會為依香港《公司條例》（第 622 章）成立之擔保有限公司。The Association is a company limited by guarantee incorporated under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).

慈善宗旨Charitable Objects

本會「純為公共性質之慈善目的而成立」，即 (i) 促進教育；及 (ii) 其他有利於香港社群之慈善性質目的，除此之外並無其他目的。The Association is "established exclusively for charitable purposes of a public character", namely (i) the advancement of education; and (ii) other purposes of a charitable nature beneficial to the Hong Kong community, and for no other purposes.

具體包括：為香港青年營辦教育課程、工作坊及培訓，增進其知識、技能與個人發展；推行青年領袖及公民教育；為不同族裔、文化、社會及經濟背景之多元青年提供技能培訓；舉辦青年社區活動與文化交流活動，促進不同文化背景人士之和諧、相互了解與社會共融；並為處於需要、困苦、社會排斥或歧視之青年提供物質援助、輔導服務、經濟援助及教育支援。These include: advancing the education of young people in Hong Kong through educational programmes, workshops and training courses that enhance their knowledge, skills and personal development; delivering youth leadership and civic education programmes; providing skills training for diverse young people of different ethnic, cultural, social and economic backgrounds; organising youth-oriented community activities and cultural exchange events that promote harmony, mutual understanding and social inclusion among people of different cultural backgrounds; and relieving the needs and difficulties of young people in conditions of need, hardship, social exclusion or discrimination by providing material aid, counselling services, financial assistance and educational support.

本會任何宗旨均不得以牟利為目的而執行，且本會活動之重要部分不得由以牟利為目的之活動構成。No object of the Association shall be carried out for the purpose of profit, and no substantial part of the activities of the Association shall consist of carrying on any activity for the purpose of profit.
